How can I request samples?

What about your Quality Control? How can I be sure that all my orders will be of the same quality?

We take our quality control very seriously.

Each production batch undergoes separate testing. We work with independent laboratories to test our products for ash content, moisture, volatile matter, and other essential parameters.

We maintain quality through:
– Pre-shipment inspection
– Temperature monitoring during transport
– Moisture-controlled packaging
– Quality assurance documentation
– Third-party testing when required

Your order will be controlled and inspected by the International Laboratory. You can choose your laboratory representative in Indonesia. Shipping will also choose their own laboratory affiliate to inspect the product before shipment (this is only for some type of Dangerous Goods product). We have a team to send you a quality and production report for every batch of production. We will send you a link of our company drive to allow you to check the process. We have tracking code for some products that allow you to track the details down to the tree, this system we made to avoid mass product calling. We can track any defect product to a small partition in every distributed product.

So When Should I Start Planning My Move?

We accept the following payment methods:
– Letter of Credit (L/C)
– Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
– 50% advance payment, 50% before shipment
Custom payment terms can be discussed for long-term partnerships.

We accept USD, Euro, Yuan, and USDT currencies.

All payments are made according to the Invoice on our corporate company.

We do not accept payments through Western Union, Paypal (except payment for samples), or any other non-bankable payment method.

Our payment terms require a 50% down payment to start the production process After we receive the down payment, we will begin the production process, which takes about 10 working days to load a 1×20 feet container.

Once the container is shipped, we will prepare the shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, invoice, and packing list, which takes about 3-5 days.

After that, we will send you a photocopy of the B/L and COO, and you will transfer us the remaining 50% payment. Upon receiving the payment, we will send you the original documents via DHL or telex release.

What is your production and delivery time?

We ship our products from either the port of Semarang (Tanjung Emas, ID SRG) or Surabaya (Tanjung Perak, ID SUB), Indonesia. It takes 12-18 hours to track the containers from the factory to the port.

The distance can be covered by car in 3 hours, but trucks move at a slower pace. The containers depart every Friday, Saturday, and Thursday, with the CY closing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Here is an estimated transit time for containers from Semarang (ID SRG) to various ports:

Jeddah (SAJED): 22-32 days
Port Said (EGPSD/E): 19-23 days
Barcelona (ESBCN): 25-30 days
Rotterdam (NLRTM): 25-30 days
