Coconut Nectar Syrup is a versatile and natural alternative sweetener in liquid form. Like Coconut Sugar, it is made from coconut palm sap (coconut neera). The production process involves carefully filtering the coconut palm sap sourced from local farmers, followed by a heating process to thicken the texture and prevent fermentation. This ensures the syrup retains its natural nutrients, including magnesium, potassium, zinc, and iron. Additionally, Coconut Nectar Syrup contains amino acids, vitamin C, and a broad spectrum of B vitamins. With a low glycemic index, it is a suitable sweetener for individuals managing diabetes.

Coconut Nectar Syrup can be used to sweeten beverages, cooking, and baking recipes. Its thick liquid form makes it ideal for enhancing tea, coffee, pancakes, dessert toppings, and many other dishes. Despite being derived from coconut, it does not impart a coconut flavor, ensuring it blends seamlessly into your recipes without altering their taste.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE HANDLING

Shelf Life:

Storage Guidelines:

  • Liquid Standing Pouch & Glass Bottle: Once opened, keep in cold storage and consume within 1 month. Room temperature storage is not recommended but may last up to 7 days in good condition. Ensure the seal is clean and tightly closed to prevent mold or fermentation.
  • Pail: Once opened, keep in cold storage and process within 7 days. Avoid prolonged exposure to prevent mold or fermentation. Always close the seal tightly.

Crystallization may occur with prolonged storage but does not affect the product’s quality.
